Administrative Assistant – Quality

Salary: Actual Salary £9,181 per annum (£15,534 - £16,470 FTE)

Part Time, Term time only – 22.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Fixed term Maternity cover until 31st July 2020’

We now have an opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant to join the Quality department where you will act as the initial contact for internal and external enquiries; delivering excellent customer service and ensuring confidentiality is a key focus at all times.

Ensuring all quality data documents are uploaded, stored and maintained as required in an accurate and timely manner, you will electronically store appropriate quality documents onto College systems to assist with shared information across College and collate information in a timely manner in preparation for audit.

You must also collect and deliver post daily for the Quality Department and organise meetings, take and write up minutes and circulate promptly to attendees; coordinating diaries for internal quality improvement meetings when required.

Candidates for this role must demonstrate recent experience of working in an office / administration / audits environment, be capable of maintaining filing systems and be competent in the use of Microsoft applications including spread sheets and database processes.
