Manufacturing Trainer

Location: Based in Lincoln with frequent travel

Salary: £28,694 per annum

We now have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic and experienced Manufacturing Trainer to join our team and deliver NVQ Level 2 qualifications such as; BIT, LEAN, PMO & Warehousing (Level 3 would also be beneficial).

Educated to Grade C or above in English, Maths or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a manufacturing environment and have knowledge of; 5/6 s auditing, work place organisation, visual management, team working, Kaizen/CI, Deming Cycle, problem solving and Root Cause Analysis.

With experience of delivering Level 2 Business Improvement Techniques, you must be able to deliver 1-day workshops in a classroom environment as well as competency based qualifications. Highly organised and with keen attention to detail, you will have the ability to place, prioritise and deliver against tight deadlines and ideally hold an A1 Assessor Award, however this is not essential as training can be provided to achieve this.

UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
