We are looking to appoint a Business and Training Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract until July 2021, with a possible extension to July 2023.
Within the role you will assist with the direct delivery function of Skills Support for the Workforce by following up employer leads and utilising existing relationships and networks, promoting SSW funded training provisions in the Humber.
With a responsibility for providing an individualised Business Engagement and Training Needs Analysis Service with businesses, establishing their current and future training requirements and providing innovative solutions to meet their training needs, you will source various training solutions across the SSW partnership which will include the creation of bespoke packages.
We are looking for someone who has recent and relevant experience of working in a fast paced contract environment. With experience of sales activity and business engagement, and with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives, you will also be able to meet employer needs through recruitment, training, education or other development solutions.
The position requires a professional attitude and commitment to achieving contract targets, whilst also driving excellent business relationships. Customer Excellence is to be delivered at all times, as is accurate completion of all associated contract administration and paperwork.
